Arduino Day 28th March 2015

Giles Room, Ipswich Town Hall, King Street, Ipswich IP1 1DH 10am-2pm

We are very pleased to announce the Creative Computing Club will be hosting not one but two open and free Arduino programming events for parents and children to come along and code together. Come along for the whole day or just pop in to see what we are up to. The courses are suitable for complete beginners aged (7 to 16-years-old). All children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian and participants are required to bring their own laptops and will need to install the Arduino software and drivers.

Throughout the day the students and Creative Computing Club staff will be showing off some of the cool things that can be built using this wonderful open source tool.

The event will be limited in numbers throughout the day and will be operating on a ‘first-come-first-served’ basis at any given time. A Tea Room on-site that will be selling hot and cold refreshments throughout the day.

Additionally another open event "Pop-up Creatives" will be taking place upstairs showcasing local makers and hosting taster workshops in Screen-printing, drawing and painting. Come along and have a go! All Welcome. So downstairs tech, upstairs crafts and more.
